Regulations and requirements of the administrative department, financial department, and registration office
To coordinate and contact the administrative-financial department and student registration about document management, prepare a register of students' history, issued academic documents, leave of absence disposition, and student admission planning for each academic year. For clarity and coordination with those involved, hold on to the details of the work and the steps as follows:
1. Request for academic transcripts
Students or parents who wish to obtain student educational materials for use in various purposes must submit a request for educational documents at the Registrar's Office, 1st floor, Building 5 on business days and hours, Monday - Friday, 8.00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (except 2-3 pm.)
1.1 Semester transcripts 4 or 5 semesters
1.1.1 Submit a request form for transcripts (At least 3 working days in advance)
1.1.2 A 1.5-inch color photo of school uniform. without glasses must be taken no longer than 6 months (1 picture per 1 document)
1.1.3 student ID card and Student report book
1.1.4 Students requesting transcripts of 4 or 5 semesters must Pass the assessment criteria for all subjects (no 0, R) to be able to issue transcripts.
1.2 Student Certificate / Academic Certificate
1.2.1 Submit a form for the proof of study documents (At least 3 working days in advance)
1.2.2 1-inch color photo of school uniform. Do not wear glasses, must be taken within 6 months (1 picture per 1 document)
1.3 Amendment in student profiles. Parents of the student wishing to correct or change their biography, such as name, surname, address, father, or mother name, etc. must bring a copy of official evidence and a copy of the house registration, together with signatures certifying true copies of every copy. Contact to change your profile at the Administrative department, Finance Office, or Registration Department to edit your profile. In the case that there is no evidence from the government to show, the school will hold the original evidence as a guideline until there is valid evidence.
2. Resignation from being a student
2.1 Parents who wish to resign for students
2.1.1 Submit a resignation request at the registration room.
2.1.2 Attach 4 photos of the school uniform in color, size 1 inch, taking a photo of the face straight with the hairstyle according to the school regulations.
2.1.3 A copy of a student's birth certificate
2.1.4 A copy of the house registration of parents and students
2.1.5 A student identification book
2.1.6 The name of the school that students will be moved to.
2.2 When a student completes the highest school curriculum, the registrar will provide proof of study documents for students who have completed the course. They must pass the assessment criteria for all subjects (no 0, R) to be able to issue transcripts.
